We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States!

At the moment, we are not able to ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii or internationally. Please note, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Tracking & Delivery

We’ll provide you with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Most of our packages ship via Fedex Ground, meaning that you won’t necessarily have to be home to receive them, as they’ll be delivered right to your doorstep. 

For larger & bulk orders, we may ship these using LTL Freight carriers. In the event your order ships with a Freight Carrier, the carrier will reach out to schedule a delivery in advance. 

If you have special delivery requests, please contact us at support@sillou.comas soon as you place the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Estimated Lead Times

All orders ship out within 3-5 business days from when you placed your order. 

Transit times will vary depending on the final destination & carrier. On the short end, it may take as little as 2-3  business days, but on the longer side, it’s possible for them to take 2-3 weeks (this would be if your order shipped via LTL Freight, moving across the country).

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order please notify us as soon as possible to ensure we can update your information in our system before it ships. Once your shipment is on the way, we are unable to change the address.

In Case of Damage or Defect

Please report any defective, missing parts or damages within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at support@sillou.com. Sillou will repair or replace damaged or defective goods (provided the damage is caused by manufacturer defect or error) at no additional charge.

If you prefer to return the product over receiving a replacement,  you’ll be responsible for return shipping following the terms of our return policy.
