Returns

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the original purchase date to make a return in the original packaging. A 15% restocking fee along with the return shipping costs will be incurred by the customer. These charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

In the event you no longer have the original packaging, an additional fee of $50 per box will be applied.

Refund amount will be issued once the returned merchandise is inspected.

Return Process

Please reach out to support@sillou.com to initiate your return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number, as this is a requirement for any return/replacement.

Once we’ve received your item it will be inspected by our warehouse before a refund can be issued.

Refunds

Once your order arrives back at our warehouse, we’ll process your refund within 1-3 business days. Please note, it typically takes 5-7 business days for your bank to credit your account. If it takes any longer than that, feel free to let us know and we'd be happy to check in with them on your behalf.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We strive to ship your items as soon as possible. If you need to make a change or wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us within 24 hours to prevent the order from shipping. After 24 hours, our fulfillment center will have already started packing your order and we’d be unable to make any changes or cancel it. At this point, it would be considered a return.

Exchanges

An exchange will be processed the same way as a return. Please reach out within 30 days letting us know that you’d like to make a return. As soon as the order is received back at our warehouse, we’ll refund your original payment minus any applicable costs. Your new order will be a completely separate transaction. You can go ahead and place the new order yourself, but we’re always happy to help you place it.

In Case of Damage or Defect

Please report any defective, missing parts or damages within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at support@sillou.com. Sillou will repair or replace damaged or defective goods (provided the damage is caused by manufacturer defect or error) at no additional charge.

Limited Warranty

We offer complimentary Limited Warranties on our furniture. Our Limited Warranty includes coverage against manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery. In the event that you find yourself experiencing an issue with our guarantee, please reach out to us at support@sillou.com.
